Your order will then be shipped via UPS or FedEx Priority Service directly to the address you specify. PLEASE NOTE that our production time is an approximate and there are factors that affect production times. Multiple Colors, Full-Color, Envelopes, Spiraled Bindings, and quantities over 5,000 pieces may very likely require longer periods of time to produce. NOTE: A repeat order (or "re-order") may not bear the imprint location, font size or ink color as in the "original" order. When a difference of color occurs, no grounds for a remake, redo or refund will be given. Provide correct shipping information: Your order will be produced and shipped in about 14 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate address information, U.S. Customs procedures, the misrouting of your package by UPS, DHL, or undeliverable shipping addresses.
